2026 Is the Year of Consistent Self-Care 🤍

Happy New Year 🤍

This year, I’m letting go of pressure—and choosing consistency instead. I highly suggest you do the same!

Self-care in 2026 isn’t about expensive routines or overflowing shelves. It’s about small, repeatable habits that actually last. Ive made a few personal habit changes like removing sugar from my coffee in the mornings. That one little thing is helping with those mid day sugar crashes, please google the benefits. Latching on to improving my self care, a weekly bath is part of my routine. Weekly baths signals the nervous system to slow down, can mark the end a long week and really does bring down stress!

My go to for a relaxing bath, always lavender bath salts!

Simple. Affordable. Effective.
